2. Eligibility for Return

  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, with no additional wear, damage, or modifications.
  • All original documents, including the bill of sale, title, and any other paperwork, must be returned with the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must not have been driven more than 200 miles during the inspection period.

3. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service team within the inspection period to initiate a return.
  • Our team will guide you through the process and may schedule an inspection to assess the vehicle's condition.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the vehicle to our designated location.

4. Refund

  • Upon successful return and inspection, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable fees or charges.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the return approval.
  • Please note that any financing agreements may need to be settled directly with your lender.

5. Non-Returnable Circumstances

  • Vehicles that have been altered, damaged, or modified after purchase.
  • Vehicles not returned within the specified inspection period.
  • Vehicles driven more than 200 miles during the inspection period.

6. Final Sale

  • After the inspection period, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be granted.
  • We encourage you to take advantage of the inspection period to ensure the vehicle meets your expectations.
